In a day when so many housing developments are created by national companies, we believe that smaller can still be better. Our names are Steve Vandenheuvel and Steve Mork. As longtime residents of North Branch we share a common desire, to improve our community and the neighborhoods people experience. We work with reputable area builders that will deliver a quality home at a reasonable price.
Steve Vandenheuvel has been creating quality neighborhoods in and around the community since 1994. Some of the other lifestyle neighborhoods that he has developed include Mystic Woodlands, Northern Preserve, and Lakeview Woodlands. In addition, to developing great neighborhoods Steve has been actively involved in school sports programs, the chamber of commerce, local charity fund raising events and the Builders Association of the Twin Cities.
Steve Mork has been involved in creating senior housing developments for the past decade. He has worked with the city and county to create Uptown Maple Commons, a senior independent living apartment building, the Villages of North Branch—a senior care campus and most recently the WildRidge Place neighborhood. His community involvement has included the chamber of commerce, coaching youth sports, Scouting, the North Branch Rotary Club, assisting with local charity events and various roles in church.
